The CAT-01 Trauma Bag is a purpose-built first responder backpack designed around how medics and safety teams work under pressure. Its slim 25L profile keeps the load close to your body so you can move through crowds, stairwells, vehicles and tight spaces while carrying a full trauma or workplace first aid setup. Inside, removable pouches and elastic retainers keep haemorrhage control, airway and diagnostics organised, labelled and ready to grab.

Constructed from durable, water-resistant fabric with heavy-duty zips and reinforced stitching, the CAT-01 handles rain, dust, mud and the daily abuse of pre-hospital care or high-risk worksites. High-visibility panels and reflective accents make the bag easy to identify in low-light environments, while a clear medical patch area helps bystanders recognise who to bring casualties to. An integrated rain cover protects your contents when scenes run long in bad weather.

The modular layout makes it straightforward to build dedicated Massive Haemorrhage, Airway, Respiratory, Circulation, Head/Handling/Hypothermia or workplace compliance modules. Labelled and colour-coded pouches with clear window panels help your medics find what they need in seconds. External MOLLE attachment points give you extra real estate for tourniquets, radio pouches, shears holsters or add-on pockets as your loadout grows.

Key features:

  • Cordura fabric with reinforced stitching
  • YKK heavy-duty zips
  • 25L slim-profile carry, suited to confined spaces and prolonged wear
